Woodzee Designs Store Policies


Request for a cancellation MUST be made within 12 hours of purchase, and full deposit will be returned. Once your sign has been designed and approved, a refund cannot be given however, I will always work with you to ensure you're happy with the final product.

Returns and Exchanges 

As all of my items are made to order, I cannot offer any exchanges or returns.

A full proof with spelling and design will always be provided before I make anything. Changes can be made to the proof at that time. Once the proof has been approved, the sale is finalized.


All customers are responsible for choosing the side that they need. I cannot exchange or refund if you have chosen the wrong size


I take great care when packaging your product. Whenever possible I will use recycled packaging materials without compromising the safety of your purchase.

My goal is to make you something that you are sure to love and I package all my items very carefully, the same way I would want to receive an item. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left my hands. I can only promise I will package them properly to eliminate any potential for damage.

Timeline and Rush Fee

I work within a 6 week timeframe. If I can move any faster without compromising the quality of your sign, I will. I offer rush creation and delivery on a case by case basis.

If you require an item within a certain period of time, please contact me and I will work with you to ensure the order is delivered in the timeframe provided.
